SHIPMENTS:
I ship by UPS (surface, 3 day select, 2nd day air or next
day air). If size, weight or destination does not permit UPS shipment, we
can make other arrangements.

PRICING:
We normally hold our prices for one year. Sometimes that is not possible and
we may have to make minimal adjustments. Prices for foreign orders may change
because of the variable exchange rate.
RETURNS:
Returned merchandise must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice.
A 15%
restocking charge shall be made when the tool or tools are returned where no
error on our part exists.
